Hello! Nice to meet you!
My name is Michelle Piatt. I moved to Massachussetts many years ago to earn my Master's Degree from Boston University and fell in love with New England. Over the years I have slowly moved further South and now call Hopedale home with my husband, Derek, who works for the US Army, our 1 year old twins Liam and Ryleigh, and our dogs and cat.
I know first hand how tricky the processes of selling and buying a home can be and would love to be able to guide you through the steps from beginning to end! Knowing what your needs and wants are is always the first step!
Starting with evaluating your current home to find out its market value to helping you stage your house and take photographs that will showcase the property to potential buyers I can work with you to create a listing that will entice buyers.
Hunting for a new home? Finding the perfect place to put down new roots can be challenging. I love working with clients to find home specific to their desires locating homes in certain areas, income properties, homes with in-law living spaces, extra storage, or even a unique space to fit your personal needs.
